Your first class is complimentary. No appointment needed—pick the right class below, show up early, and bring a water bottle.
Pick the section below that matches who is training. Arrive a few minutes early so staff can help with check-in and the waiver if needed.
Kids ages 4–5
Little ones train in the early kids block — age-appropriate instruction and pacing.
- When: 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Format: Gi Mon/Wed; No-Gi Tue/Thu. No kids classes Friday–Sunday.
- Wear: Comfortable athletic clothes (Gi if the class is Gi and you have one)
- Bring: Water bottle
Kids ages 6+
Older kids train in the later kids block — technique, confidence, and fun with peers their age.
- When: 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
- Format: Gi Mon/Wed; No-Gi Tue/Thu. No kids classes Friday–Sunday.
- Wear: Comfortable athletic clothes (Gi if the class is Gi and you have one)
- Bring: Water bottle
Teens & adults (new to BJJ)
Beginners are welcome in adult class. Your first visit is complimentary.
- When: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Gi Mon/Wed/Fri; No-Gi Tue/Thu)
- Wear: Comfortable athletic clothes (Gi if you have one for Gi class)
- Bring: Water bottle
Teens & adults (trained before)
Already training elsewhere or returning after time off? Drop in to any adult class—your first visit is still complimentary.
- When: 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Gi Mon/Wed/Fri; No-Gi Tue/Thu)
- Wear: Gi or No-Gi kit appropriate to the class you pick (ask staff if unsure)
- Bring: Water bottle
Before you step on the mats
- A liability waiver will be required before training. Online sign is not live yet — staff will help you complete it at check-in.
- Read our mat etiquette so you know what to expect on the floor.
- Confirm times on the weekly schedule—kids and adult classes Mon–Fri as listed; closed Saturday and Sunday.
